Shipping & Returns 

Shipping time is dependent on what item was purchased, how heavy the order is, and how far away you live from my studio.

However, orders are shipped out ASAP, using the service and carrier you selected. 

If for some reason the carrier you selected is not available, we ship using another carrier with the most similar shipping time/service as the option you selected. 

Most items are shipped the next business day, unless that day falls on a carrier’s shipping holiday. 

If an order is received early enough in the day, it may go out the same day. 

NOTE: If you order a custom item, you  must factor in time it takes to complete the item.  With custom orders, we are in touch with you throughout the process so are kept apprised of the progress and know when your item is ready to ship.

In the rare instance where an item needs a few more days to let the resin cure completely, you will be notified by email of the delay.
